1. Hosting and server logs
The website runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. When you visit, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, time, page requested, data volume, browser and operating system. This data is kept in server logs for at most 14 days for secure operation. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
2. Cookie-free analytics
We use Plausible Analytics on our own server in Germany. Plausible sets no cookies and stores no personal data. IP addresses are used only transiently to form a daily, non-reversible identifier and are not stored. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact form and email
If you write to us through the form or by email, we process your name, email address, company and message to answer your enquiry. Delivery uses the Resend service (Resend, Inc., USA) under the EU standard contractual clauses. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries. We delete the data once the enquiry is settled and no retention duty applies.
4. Fonts and external content
Fonts are served from our own server. No content is loaded from Google or other third parties.
5. The application at app.sightyard.com
The application at app.sightyard.com has its own privacy policy, provided to users under the contract with their yard or company.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
